The third edition of the Business Performance Awards recognized KORIAN’s performance by placing human resources at the heart of its business project.
Sophie Boissard, CEO of the KORIAN group, received the HR performance award at the third edition of the Business Performance Awards from Nicolas Brien, CEO of France Digitale and Fella Imalhayène, CEO of Global Compact France.
The Group specializes in services for the support and care of the elderly and is committed to the training and professional integration of young people in difficulty.
An HR policy oriented towards the well-being of its employees
The new HR policy takes into account the concrete needs of its employees, in order to offer a human performance-oriented approach and personalized support for each employee. Since 2017, KORIAN has been the first company in France to introduce the 13th month for its non-executive employees. In the same year, the group signed an agreement on Quality of Life at Work, the first in the senior professions sector.
An investment for the future
Korian is investing in the future by opening training centers, including the first national CFA for personal services in jobs related to the care and support of the elderly.
The Business Performance Awards jury voted for Korian’s project in the HR performance category.
